Another busy week so I only managed the one walk unfortunately but it certainly was a good one. On the Saturday I took the other and half and the boys over to Brentwood to have a walk around Thorndon Country Park as we both fancied visiting somewhere we had not been for a while. Seeing as it was forecast for rain in the morning we arrived just before midday to miss the worst of it and fortunately all went to plan as it stopped shortly after we arrived and the sun came out.
It was a wonderful couple of hours in the countryside and I will be returning to explore some more as the place is huge.
