A few weeks back now I was chatting with the ‘Other Half’ at the bottom of the garden when a feathered flash caught my eye. Scanning around to see what bit was I noticed a sparrow hawk sitting on the roof of a neighbours house.
I believe it was juvenile sparrow hawk as its feathers still looked a little downy. I quickly nipped in my office to grab my DLSR and managed to rattle of a fe shots before he/she moved further up the roof then flew off.
