I only managed the one walk this week, on the 12th, and I took the boys for a run at Shoebury East Beach. The tide was out so we walked out onto the mudflats a ways. I love walking across the mud when the tide has receded, looking in any puddle of water that I come across as I have found shrimp, crabs and even small flatfish in the shallow water. Anyways we had a good tide and the boys had a nice swim in the sea pool there so ended up going home pretty clean instead of caked in estuarine mud.
