I mad another batch of SLOE GIN this year as there has been a glut of berries on the bushes local to me. The large jar in the picture is an 8lt one I believe, and I managed to fill it to the brim with a few kilos of berries, sugar and the gin itself.
I increased the amount of Sloe Berries I added to the mix this time round and it looks and smells lovely….
