So today I have been making use of the leftovers f So today I have been making use of the leftovers from Christmas. This morning was sprout bubble n squeak with thick sliced gammon ham. This afternoon I made cauliflower/broccoli cheese for the freezer, boiled the sprout tops ands stems as well as broccoli stems for my poochies dinners, gleaned the turkey leg bones for meat for them also, made 4 x turkey leek and gammon pies, and just finished making a big batch of mushroom soup for our walk tommo. Oh and I also made some bread. Feeling contented now. #bryanscountryside #bryanscountrysidecapers #leftovers #nowastedfood
