I made a nice batch of chilli jam yesterday, it goes well with cold meats and cheeses as well as being spread in a sandwich with sandwich meats.

I found some nice big patches of WILD HORSERADISH whilst out on my morning walk today. I reckon i’ll be going back to that area in a few days to harvest a couple of roots.
